Gina Lindquist

Gina Lindquist is the founder of Passion Ministries Inc. an organization she formed to help women overcome addiction and find healing through understanding their identity in Jesus Christ.. Gina's own struggle with alcohol dependency, came after her conversion to Christ due to unresolved childhood trauma. After years of suffering, she found freedom through an understanding of God's grace and a revelation of her new identity in Jesus Christ. She believes that addiction is perpetuated by the lie that behavior defines identity and that knowing one’s true worth is key to freedom. Her transformation inspired her to pursue higher education and after earning degrees in Human Services and Theological Studies she became a licensed Minister and established Passion Ministries Inc. She also joined Hope Ministries as a women's addiction counselor and now contributes to their success. She has written and taught numerous Bible studies and maintains an inspirational blog on her website. The pandemic inspired her to release a video series on You Tube that focused on one’s identity in Christ. It is now a published book available on Amazon called “Do You Know Who You Really Are?” This book combines both her experience and her biblical knowledge in an easy-to-understand format, that focuses on understanding that identity. It contains basic but essential truths that every believer should know but many don’t understand. With helpful questions at the end of each chapter, it explains in simple language, backed up with scripture, how being a new creation in Christ is not just a religious phrase but the inheritance of every born-again believer. She notes that many Christians lack this foundation, creating an identity crisis which can lead to unnecessary difficulties in their life.
